What is required to book?

We take our commitments to you seriously! We require a contract along with a $35 non-refundable/non-transferable booking fee to secure your date. This fee does not go towards your services. Our reservation fee covers our time behind the scenes coordinating your event, making sure everything runs seamlessly on our end. All wedding dates are first come first served. Scheduling a trial does not hold your wedding date.

Do we have service minimums?

Yes! We require at least one of our packages to secure your beauty team. If you are looking for both hair and makeup services, we require one formal styling package and one feature enhancing package.

How do our packages work?

Each package meets our minimum dollar amount to reserve your beauty team. If you are looking to book just hair for your wedding day, you would reserve our Formal Styling Package and it includes up to 5 services. This goes for our Feature Enhancing Makeup Package also. If you are looking for wedding day hair and makeup for a group of up to 5, you would request one package of each. If you are looking for a combination of hair and makeup services for just a few clients you may be able to book our Dual Service Package. This includes up to 5 services in total, in any combination of hair and makeup. Booking this package depends solely on our Dual Service Artists and their availability.

Do we charge a travel fee?

In most cases no. If our team is driving farther than 45 minutes outside of Ferndale, you may be responsible for an additional fee. This will be discussed prior to signing our contract.

Are there any other fees?

We do have two fees that we charge under certain circumstances. The first is our Early Start Fee. We add a $60/hour per artist charge on to your service invoice for any wedding start times that are before 8 am. The second is a Holiday Fee. We charge a $100 holiday fee per artist for any weddings that fall on calendar holidays.

What about a bridal trial?

We offer bridal trials in our professional studio located in Ferndale. Our artists will meet with you for an hour long appointment where they will discuss your desired look and the steps needed to achieve it. For our booked brides we help you choose the perfect full size lip color for you to have on your wedding day.

How do we pay for our services?

In order to maintain a stress fee experience for our brides and their entourage, all wedding day services are paid in full two weeks prior to your wedding date. We take cash, check, or credit card. Each one of our brides is given access to their customized portal where all payments can be made. Wedding days tend to be chaotic and we want things to run as smoothly as possible.

What about a touch up kit?

Our makeup is intended to stay all day and night! The only touch up you will need is your lip color, which you will have received after your trial.
